SIX STEP FERTILIZATION PROGRAM
You can choose up to six yearly fertilization and weed control application during the year. Each application builds on the next to ensure your lawn is green, thick and healthy throughout the entire season! Although we always recommend for the best results and health of your lawn that getting all timely services is recommended, but custom packages can be made to fit any budget!
Step 1 - Early Spring
A balanced slow release granular nitrogen fertilizer with pre-emergent crabgrass control is applied to the lawn. We also spot treat any weeds that may have started to pop up with our liquid weed control.
Step 2 - Late Spring
A second pre-emergent/post emergent crabgrass control is applied which will both stop any crabgrass that may have slipped through and fortify the barrier created in step 1 to ensure full season crabgrass. A balanced slow release granular fertilizer and broadleaf weed control are applied also

Step 3 - Summer
A low nitrogen sow release non-burning granular fertilizer with BIOS and micro /macro nutrients is applied to give your lawn that little extra it needs to make it through the harsh summer weather. Remember cool season grasses are created to endure the winter not the summer heat! A spot treatment of weeds is also done.

Step 4 - Late Summer
An additional application of a slow release non-burning granular fertilizer with more bios, nutrients and iron is applied to the lawn. A surface insect control is applied also along with spot treating any weeds that may have germinated to ensure your lawn is healthy and green going into fall!
Step 5 - Fall
A hearty boost of granular nitrogen fertilizer to wake up the grass from its summer dormancy and start strengthening the roots for the winter ahead. Spot treating weeds also will occur.

Lime Application
When your soils PH levels are off it doesn't allow the roots to use correctly absorb and use the nutrients around it. By getting the PH level into a prime spot between 6.0 and 7.2 it will allow your lawn to prosper. A soil tester can be used to quickly check the PH. Maintenance lime is always recommended but if a soil test shows a huge deficiency , corrective can be done!
Liquid Aeration
Compaction of your lawn’s soil leaves your lawn weak and often not able to absorb or use the nutrients it is receiving to the fullest potential. Liquid aeration treatments helps to break up dense compact soil and creates small channels under the lawn. This helps water, nutrients, and oxygen reach the lawns root system.
